• Draft plans, specifications, and cost estimate at the 70% level <br /> • Draft plans, specifications, and cost estimate at the 100% level <br /> • One stamped reproducible set of the final plans and technical <br /> specifications <br /> • Wet stamped sets of final plans and technical specifications for permits <br /> • An electronic copy of the plans in AutoCAD 14 and technical <br /> specifications in MicroSoft Word 6.0 <br /> TASK 3: BIDDING ASSISTANCE <br /> Purpose <br /> The purpose of Task 3 is to provide assistance to the City of San Leandro while <br /> the project is being advertised for bid and prior to the bid being awarded. <br /> Scope <br /> The scope of this task is to: <br /> • Attend a pre-bid conference scheduled by the City of San Leandro staff <br /> • Answer technical questions and provide clarifications when requested by <br /> the City staff <br /> • Provide list of specialized inspection required <br /> • Prepare necessary addenda for the City staff to transmit to planholders <br /> The City of San Leandro shall: <br /> • Review the technical specifications to insure conformance with the City's <br /> general conditions and prepare any required supplemental general <br /> conditions <br /> • Prepare the Contract Documents using the plans and technical <br /> specifications prepared by the Engineer, make the necessary copies, and <br /> distribute them to the perspective bidders <br /> • Distribute the addenda prepared by the Engineer to the planholders. <br /> Deliverables <br /> The deliverable associated with this task includes any required addenda to the <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> TASK 4: CONSTRUCTION REVIEW <br /> Purpose <br /> 12/28/98 Page 4 of 5 <br />
