• Change Order Process <br /> PROJECT APPROACH <br /> Cohesive shall employ a Phased Project Methodology consisting of five distinct <br /> phases as follows: <br /> 1. Planning and Requirements <br /> 2. Detail Design <br /> 3. Systems Prototyping/Application Development <br /> 4. Implementation <br /> 5. Support and Maintenance <br /> The "Deliverables Responsibility Matrix" (See Attachment) delineates the <br /> project milestones and deliverables, and the responsible Client or Cohesive project <br /> team member. This document will be utilized to monitor the successful completion <br /> of both phases and all of the project. <br /> At the beginning of the engagement Cohesive will also complete a detailed <br /> "Project Plan" to establish specific timelines and deliverable dates, in order to monitor <br /> success of both parts and all of the project deliverables. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> PHASE 1 <br /> A. Planning and Requirements <br /> Scope of work for this project phase of City of San Leandro's Y2K initiatives <br /> entails; <br /> 1. An in-depth review of the City's objectives for their Y2K systems <br /> compliance <br /> 2. Documentation of compliance objectives <br /> Exhibit A Page 2 of 4 <br />
