<br />tricts. And, co-locations on existing tower structures are allowed in the RM, <br />CN, P, PHD, NA-1, NA-2, SA-2, SA-2, SA-3, DA-1, DA-2, DA-5, DA-6 and PS Dis- <br />tricts. Administrative Review applications shall be reviewed and approved by <br />the Zoning Enforcement Official. Administrative Review approvals shall com- <br />ply with the general requirements of Subsection F, “Specific Design Criteria” as <br />well as building permit requirements. <br /> <br />a. The Planning Division may administratively approve the uses listed in this <br />Subsection E. <br /> <br />b. Each applicant for administrative approval shall apply to the Planning Divi- <br />sion, providing the information set forth in Subsections F.2. and F.4. of this <br />Section. <br /> <br />a.c.The Planning Division shall respond to each Administrative Review such <br />application within thirty (30) days after deeming the application complete by <br />either approving or denying the application. If the Planning Division fails to <br />respond to the applicant within thirty (30) days, then the application shall be <br />deemed to be approved. <br /> <br />d. In connection with any such administrative approval, the Planning Division <br />may, in order to encourage shared use, administratively waive any zoning <br />district setback requirements by up to fifty percent (50%). <br /> <br />b.e. If an Aadministrative Review application approval is denied, the applicant <br />may appeal said denial to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br /> <br />2. Specific Administratively Approved Uses. The following uses may be approved <br />by the Planning Division after conducting an administrative review: <br /> <br />a. Installing an antenna on an existing structure other than a tower in nonresi- <br />dential areas (such as a building, sign, light pole, water tower, or other free- <br />standing nonresidential structure) that is less than fifty (50) feet in height, so <br />long as such addition does not add more than twenty (20) feet to the height <br />of the existing structure; <br /> <br />b. Installing an antenna on an existing tower of any height in nonresidential ar- <br />eas, including a pre-existing tower and further including the placement of <br />additional buildings or other supporting equipment used in connection with <br />said antenna, so long as the addition of said antenna adds no more than <br />twenty (20) feet to the height of said existing tower; <br /> <br />c.
