Air discharge permits required by either the Bay Area Air Quality Management <br /> District (BAAQMD) or CA Air Resources Board (CARB), including for any <br /> equipment or process on site, shall be active prior to issuance of the final <br /> certificate of occupancy. <br /> L. A facility/site subject to installation of structural stormwater treatment BMPs per <br /> section C3 of the Municipal Regional Permit must complete a Stormwater <br /> Structural Treatment BMP Operation & Maintenance Data Form. The form shall <br /> be submitted to the City's Engineering Department prior to finaling of the grading <br /> permit. <br /> Changes to ownership, operator, maintenance contractor, structural treatment, the <br /> O&M plan, or any other information contained in the Data Form must be <br /> provided to the City by submittal of a revised Data Form 30 days prior to the <br /> effective date of the change. Revised Data Forms shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Services Section. <br /> V. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Plans are to conform to the currently adopted codes and standards at the time of <br /> building submittal. <br /> B. The code section requiring the fire alarm system or a statement on the plans if it is <br /> installed voluntarily will be required on the building submittal (project data). <br /> VI. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Maintenance - The property owner, occupant and tenants shall maintain enclosure <br /> free of litter and other debris in accordance with San Leandro Municipal Code §3- <br /> 15-215. <br /> B. Per San Leandro Municipal Code §3-1-200, storage of solid waste, recycling, and <br /> other materials outside of the enclosure that is visible from the street is prohibited <br /> at all times. <br /> C. Recycling Requirements - Applicant may be subject to Alameda County <br /> Mandatory Recycling Ordinance. For more information, visit <br /> www.RecyclingRulesAC.org. <br /> VII. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br /> A. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise or safety hazards for adjacent <br /> properties.
