Plan Checking <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Residential Fire Sprinklers for 1 & 2 Family Dwelling New <br />Construction. Effective January 1, 2011, fire sprinkler systems became <br />mandatory in 1 and 2 family dwellings. The plan checking fee is in addition to the building <br />permit fee and shall be as follows: <br />$500.00 flat fee to include plan review and inspection <br />of residential fire sprinkler systems when installed in <br />conjunction with new 1 & 2 family dwelling <br />construction. <br />A full plan checking fee shall be paid for each Master Plan when more than <br />one building will be built and one half (50%) of the full plan checking fee <br />shall be paid for each building at time of application. <br />Equal to In-house - During Regular Working Hours PLUS Consultant's fee <br />as established by Agreement (contract) between City and Consultant <br />5% of Building Permit Fee - For training and <br />continuing education required by the CHSC § 18949. <br />Replace $94 with $97 in text. <br />Same as for In-house- During Regular Working Hours PLUS overtime and <br />overhead charges <br /> 5
