EXHIBIT A <br />Meetings and Community Engagement <br />Deliverables <br />Time Frame <br />Anticipated meetings and outreach activities are as follows. City staff will prepare staff reports for <br />June 2015 — June <br />the following meetings with assistance from R+A. R+A will prepare, in coordination with City staff, <br />2017 <br />any visual (e.g., Powerpoint presentations) or written materials for the meetings below when <br />applicable. Material may be drawn from deliverables created in other tasks. <br />• MCE 1.1 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The focus of the TAC will be to provide <br />technical feedback during the project. The flow of meetings between the TAC and CAC <br />and the deliverables discussed will be parallel and may happen sequentially or <br />concurrently, though the topical focus and level of technical discussion will likely differ <br />between the TAC and CAC. There will be 4 TAC meetings as follows: <br />o Meeting 1: Project overview/input that may include Community Involvement <br />Strategy, PDA Profile, Market Demand Analysis, and Affordable Housing & <br />Displacement Strategy. <br />o Meeting 2: Review of potential plan scenarios (created in Task 2.2) and input on <br />the preferred alternative. <br />o Meeting 3: Review of and input on preferred alternative, plan framework, and/or <br />Draft Plan, which may include land use, multi -modal connectivity, pedestrian - <br />friendly design standards, and accessible design strategies as necessary. <br />o Meeting 4: Review of public draft or adoption draft plan, and input on any <br />refinements or additional details necessary. This may also include review of <br />public comments on the Draft Plan. <br />• NICE 1.2 Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC). The focus of the CAC will be to provide a <br />focused community stakeholder perspective during the project.
