Introduction <br /> <br />This plan sets forth the salaries and benefits applicable to the City's confidential employees. <br /> <br />Section 2. Confidential Classifications <br /> <br />The Confidential classifications covered by this compensation plan, as assigned to the City <br />Manager’s Office, City Clerk’s Office, and Human Resources Department, are listed as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Administrative Assistant II <br />Administrative Assistant III <br />Administrative Specialist I <br />Administrative Specialist II <br />Administrative Specialist III <br />Deputy City Clerk <br />Human Resources Analyst <br />Human Resources Technician <br />Police Recruit Trainee <br />*Note: Financial Supervisor is a classification used by the Finance Department and identified in the <br />Confidential Employees salary schedule, but no employee currently holds this position. <br /> <br />Section 3. Pay <br /> <br />The rates of pay which are to be effective during the period of this Compensation Plan are <br />enumerated in Appendix A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The appendix reflects wage adjustments as follows: <br /> <br />A three (3%) percent increase across the salary schedule adjustment effective January 1, <br />2016. <br /> <br />A three (3%) percent increase across the salary schedule adjustment effective January 1, <br />2017. <br /> <br />A three (3%) percent increase across the salary schedule adjustment effective January 1, <br />2018. <br /> <br />A three (3%) percent increase across the salary schedule adjustment effective January 1, <br />2019. <br /> <br />A three (3%) percent increase across the salary schedule adjustment effective January 1, <br />2020. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3 <br />SL Confidential EE Comp Plan 15-20 final
