Mandatory Bidder Qualifications <br />Bidder Certifications and Qualifications <br />1.29.1.1. Bids shall provide responses and documentation, as required, which indicate the <br />Bidder has met the Mandatory Bidder Qualifications requirements. Any Bid that does <br />not meet the Mandatory Bidder Qualifications requirements and provide all required <br />documentation shall be considered non-responsive and the bid will be rejected. <br />1.29.1.2. Written confirmation is required stating that the Bidder shall comply with all of <br />the provisions in this RFP.
