1.40. Project Completion <br />The selected Bidder shall substantially complete the requirements of this project by a date mutually <br />agreed upon by the selected Bidder and the City. The selected Bidder shall provide a warranty on the <br />entire system and work as indicated (see Section 7.2). <br />1.41. System Configuration <br />The Bidder shall provide system configuration, including programming, configuration, and building of <br />items including but not limited to: <br />• Work order workflow routing based on City's defined business rules <br />• User account creation <br />• GIS integration <br />• Financial knowledge integration (budget account numbers, codes, etc.) <br />• Asset categories and collection <br />• Preventative maintenance schedules <br />• Mobile app and website integration <br />• Reporting and alerting <br />• Migration of any existing data, as specified by City's requirements. <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />1.42. System Platform <br />The COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM should be cloud -based (Software as a <br />Service) with minimal on premise installation requirements. <br />1.43. Client Devices <br />The COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM should be compatible with Windows 7 and <br />above and Apple iPad and Android tablet devices and smartphones. <br />1.44. Geographic Systems Integration <br />The COMPUTERIZED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM should be compatible with ESRI ArcGIS, the <br />City's standard GIS platform. <br />1.45. Warranty <br />The selected Bidder shall guarantee the entire system and all work for a minimum of one year from the <br />date of City's acceptance. Component warranties shall be honored for the term established by the <br />manufacturer, but not less than one year from the date of installation. Selected Bidder -modified <br />equipment normally voids manufacturer's warranties — as such, the selected Bidder shall give the City a <br />warranty equivalent to that of the original equipment, but not less than one year from the date of <br />installation. For the first year of the installed system, the selected Bidder will include in the warranty <br />quarterly site visits to check and adjust equipment to restore systems to original performance <br />standards. The selected Bidder shall also propose an annual maintenance component for ongoing <br />maintenance upon warranty expiration. <br />RFP No. 55021— Public Works CMMS Page 24 of 46 <br />
