RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS: BUSINESS <br /> <br />Confirm the responder meets, understands and will comply with the requirement by checking YES. Responders may respond to any or all bands. Responder must identify the bands they will be <br />proposing (check all that apply): <br /> Band 1: Desktop <br /> Band 2: Laptop <br /> Band 3: Tablet <br /> Band 4: Server <br /> Band 5: Storage <br /> Band 6: Ruggedized Devices <br />Responder must verify they are a manufacturer of each band proposed and describe their manufacturing process and <br />facilities. <br /> <br /> <br />M <br />YES NO <br />2 <br /> <br />MANUFACTURER VERIFICATION. The manufacturer’s name shall appear on the computer equipment. The <br />Contract Vendors shall provide the warranty service and maintenance for equipment on a Master Agreement. <br />Describe proposed warranty in Section 3A6 in accordance to WSCA-NASPO warranty term. <br /> <br />M YES NO <br />3 <br /> <br />THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS. Products offered may be manufactured by a third party; however, Contract Vendor <br />must provide the warranty service and maintenance for all third party products on the Master Agreement. Contract <br />Vendor may not offer another manufacture’s product holding a Master Agreement without prior approval. Warranty <br />documents for Products manufactured by a third party are preferred to be delivered to the Participating Entity with the <br />Products. Contract Vendor can only offer third party products in a band they have been awarded.
