<br /> <br />59 SECTION 3: RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS | 2014_0122 <br /> <br />A RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS: BUSINESS M <br />= <br />MANDATORY <br />MEETS <br />UNDERSTAND & <br />WILL COMPLY? <br />5 <br /> <br />MAINTAINING THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE SCHEDULE (PSS). Contract Vendors will develop and maintain an <br />electronic Product and Service Schedule (PSS) which identifies a complete listing of all products and services <br />included in the awarded Master Agreement as well as individual Participating State’s PSS’s. It is understood that <br />manufacturer’s pricing models will vary and final negotiation of how the PSS is presented will be finalized upon award. <br />The PSS will be available for audit purposes and end users to verify pricing based on the minimum discounts <br />withcategorized exceptions provided off a designated base line price list. The minimum discounts with categorized <br />exceptions and designated price list must be provided upon request. The PSS may contain the following information: <br /> Band number <br /> Category <br /> Product Brand <br /> Item number <br /> Item description <br /> List Price <br /> Discount provided <br /> Discounted price <br /> <br />PSS is to be maintained as follows: <br />1. The PSS prices for Products and services will conform to the guaranteed minimum discount with categorized <br />exception levels <br />2. The Contract Vendor may make model changes; add new Products, and Product upgrades or Services to the <br />PSS. <br />3. The Contract Vendor agrees to delete obsolete and discontinued Products from the PSS <br />4. The Contract Vendor will work with each State to develop a satisfactory PSS reflecting the individual States <br />restrictions. <br /> <br />The state reserves the right to make PSS format changes throughout the life of the master agreement. <br /> <br />Contract Vendor will request changes to the PSS utilizing an Actio n Request Form (ARF). A sample has been <br />provided in the Section 6. This ARF will be finalized upon negotiations and reaffirms and tracks changes made to the <br />Master Agreement. Changes may be made quarterly. <br />M YES NO <br />6 <br /> <br />WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE. The Contract Vendor shall ensure warranty service and maintenance for all <br />equipment, including third party products provided. Describe in detail how the responder will secure warranty for all <br />products and services. The Contract vendor agrees to facilitate the Manufacturer or Publisher warranty and <br />maintenance of third party products furnished through the Master Agreement.
