Oyerational Savings <br />The Purchaser will realize maintenance and operational savings resulting from the new lighting system <br />installations, extended warranties, and/or service agreements provided by Climatec LLC. The operational savings <br />are stipulated and met upon the completed installation of the energy retrofit contract. <br />Adjustments <br />For this FEM the following adjustments are allowed for purposes of Measurement and Verification: <br />➢ Light level requirements may be modified as detailed in this plan. <br />➢ Changes in actual construction including number and/or type of fixtures. All changes shall be clearly <br />documented and provided to the Purchaser's representative. <br />➢ Utility rates, billing days or degree days. <br />Commissioning <br />Commissioning shall consist of inspections and a final savings verification report. Inspections shall consist of: <br />➢ During the construction phase of the project, Climatec LLC shall keep a detailed record of the quantity and <br />types of fixtures retrofitted and fixtures installed in each building. A post construction inspection is required <br />by the responsible M&V party. <br />➢ After lighting modifications have been made, the installations shall be inspected to verify the retrofit counts <br />by fixture code. <br />➢ Post retrofit lighting levels shall be measured to verify compliance with the contract standards. <br />Attachment A <br />*CLIMATEC' <br />Page 9 of 13 <br />MERGING BUIL-OI NGS & TECHNOLOGY <br />
