The Planning Process <br /> <br />2.1 Planning Committee <br />The City of San Leandro’s Planning Team was developed to achieve the requirements <br />as outlined in Section 1.1 Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 Requirements. The <br />planning team members were chosen based on their ability to provide detailed <br />information regarding hazards with in San Leandro and due to their subject matter <br />expertise within their field, develop mitigation strategies related to identified <br />hazards.
