C. The hours of the restaurant shall be restricted to 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., every day <br />of the week. Any expansion or modification to the hours shall be requested in <br />writing to the Zoning Enforcement Official, who may approve the request or direct <br />the matter to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />D. Tables and chairs shall match and be made of sturdy and durable material, such as, <br />steel, aluminum, wrought iron or another material to the satisfaction of the Zoning <br />Enforcement Official. All furniture shall be commercial grade and manufactured for <br />outdoor commercial use <br />E. The outdoor area shall remain clean of litter, food scraps and soiled dishes at all <br />times. <br />F. Any umbrellas over proposed tables shall have a minimum vertical clearance of 7 <br />feet from the floor; all pathways shall retain a minimum 4 -foot wide clearance (per <br />ADA regulations) and at least one of the tables shall be accessible, per ADA <br />requirements <br />G. Hours of operation are subject to the City of San Leandro Noise Ordinance. Any <br />complaints that might arise related to the outdoor use are subject to future review of <br />the Zoning Enforcement Official and possible restriction of hours. <br />H. These conditions of approval shall be posted in the building prior to opening the <br />business on the property, and shall be made accessible to all employees. <br />I. No objectionable odors emanating from the restaurant, outdoor dining area, outdoor <br />wash area or trash enclosure shall be detectable beyond the subject property. <br />There shall be no electronic amusement devices on the property. <br />K. There shall be no loitering permitted on the site and the site shall be posted to <br />permit enforcement of the City ordinance prohibiting loitering by the City of San <br />Leandro Police Department. <br />L. There shall be no display of merchandise outside the building. <br />M. Mobile food truck parking on the property shall be limited to only one vehicle and <br />said parking shall be restricted only to the easterly rear area enclosed by the rolling <br />gate and soundwalls. <br />N.
