Require new development <br />adjacent to San Leandro Creek to maintain setbacks from the top of the <br />creek bank, dedicate public access easements for Creekside amenities, <br />and where appropriate, undertake improvements such as erosion control, <br />habitat restoration, vegetation management, bank stabilization, and trail <br />dedication.
