Gallery <br />1525 Webster st. <br />Oakland CA <br />May 2, 2016 <br />Scope of work for San Leandro mural art program <br />Create and facilitate original public Artworks, Murals and or Community Spaces in <br />the city of San Leandro <br />Scope of Services: <br />-­‐Work    with    City  Staff    to    identify      high  impact    outdoor    sites    within    the    areas    of    focus     <br />and    secure    written  permission  from    property    owners    at    the    sites. <br />-­‐Source  the  best  possible  artistic  talent  from  both  local  and  international  artists,  secure   <br />their  availability  and  willingness  to  participate  in  the  project. <br />-­‐Create  a  presentation  of  available  artists  and  concepts  for  the  city  of  San  Leandro <br />-­‐Draft    the  necessary  agreement(s)between    Athen  B.  Gallery,    the    property    owners,    and     <br />the    Final  artists. <br />-­‐Obtain  and  maintain  the  proper  insurance  and  legal  obligations  for  the  contract  with  the   <br />City,  as  well  as  contracts  between  Athen  B.  Gallery  and  the  artists  and  property  owners,   <br />respectively. <br />-­‐Interface  between  the  city  of  San  Leandro,  the  property  owners  and  the  artists  on  Final   <br />design  approvals,  renderings  and  submissions. <br />-­‐Work  directly  with  the  artist  on  creative  direction,  feasibility,  production  and  layout  of   <br />desired  site <br />-­‐Source  materials,  needs,  production  items,  Lifts  and  scaffolding  to  complete  projects <br />-­‐Coordinate  the  Final  design,  development,  fabrication  and  installation  of  each  artwork  with   <br />the  artists,  the  staff  and  the  property  owners
