-Manage production sites, daily check in’s with the artists during production, manage <br />artist needs and materials to keep production moving smoothly and on time. <br />-Design and produce proper signage, stencil or labeling material for sites upon <br />completion to acknowledge funders, participants, artists and the City of San Leandro <br />-Design press release and press outreach/campaign <br />-Design and coordinate unveiling celebration <br />-­For  the  purpose  of  the  BART  mural: <br />-­‐Construct,  release  and  distribute  a  call  to  artists  for  submissions  for  BART  mural <br />-­‐Review  submissions  and  outline  the  best  possible  candidates,  preliminary  screening  of   <br />candidates  with  BART  and  City  of  San  Leandro <br />  -­‐Coordinating  the  selected  artist  Finalists  to  present  or  represent  their  ideas,  making   <br />themselves  available  to  learn  about  the  identity  of  San  Leandro <br />-­‐Art  Commission  presentation  for  feedback  and  Final  selection <br />-­‐Coordinate  Final  selection  of  the  best  candidate <br />Scope of Impact and Locations: Subject to change upon availability <br />Currently there are confirmed four sites being considered for this project. <br />Site 1 being the Downtown San Leandro BART, substation building <br />Site 2 being 1800 Merced Street <br />Site 3 being 1605 Abrams Court /I-880 freeway <br />Site 4 being 15000 Farnsworth Avenue <br />All sites are of high visibility and substantial impact.
