<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 10/18/2016 WRECO for Annual Street Overlay/Rehabilitation 2016-17 Project Exhibit A – Page 4 of 5 <br />shown on the Layouts. All plan sheets will be on City of San Leandro standard title block, to be provided in digital format by the City. Task 3.2 – 70% Specifications Consultant will review the City’s Technical Specifications for completeness, prepared by the City. Task 3.3 – Construction Cost Estimates Consultant will prepare a 70% Construction Cost Estimate for each bid package based on the proposed improvements shown on the 70% Plans. The estimate will show the anticipated unit quantity of each pay item for the proposed work as well as the estimated unit cost. Task 3.4 – Constructability Review Consultant will conduct a constructability review on the 70% Plans for each bid package. The constructability review will ensure that the proposed improvements will be biddable and buildable with minimal RFIs from the contractor and will reduce the need for construction change orders. It will also examine whether there are cost saving measures that could be realized by utilizing alternative construction or staging methods. Meetings: Preliminary Design Review Meeting after City Comment Period, for each bid package Deliverables: 70% Design Plans (6 Full-sized hard copies and PDF) and Estimate, for each bid package Schedule: Bid Package #1: Two weeks after Preliminary Design Meeting for BP#1 Bid Package #2: Three weeks after Preliminary Design Meeting for BP#2 Task 4 – 100% Design Task 4.1 – 100% Plans Consultant will make revisions to the plans based on comments received from the 70% Submittal and prepare the 100% Plans. All plan sheets will be on City of San Leandro standard title block, to be provided in digital format by the City. Task 4.2 – 100% Specifications Consultant will review any revisions to the Project specifications for completeness, as prepared by the City based on any City comments on the 70% Plans. Task 4.3 – Construction Cost Estimates Consultant will revise the Construction Cost Estimate based on comments received from the 70% Submittal and based on the 100% Plans and Specifications. Meetings: 70% Design Meeting after 70% Design City Comment Period, for each bid package Deliverables: 100% Design Plans (6 Full-sized hard copies and PDF) and Estimate, for each bid package Schedule: Bid Package #1: Two weeks after 70% Design Meeting for BP#1 Bid Package #2: Three weeks after 70% Design Meeting for BP#2 Task 5 – Final Design
