Task 5 — Final Design <br />Task 5.1 — Final Plans <br />Consultant will revise the plans based on comments received from the 100% Submittal and prepare the <br />Final Plans. Consultant will submit the Final Plans to the City and upon receiving approval, will sign and wet <br />seal one full-size copy of the plans. All plan sheets will be on City of San Leandro standard title block, to be <br />provided in digital format by the City. <br />Task 5.2 — Final Specifications <br />Consultant will review the Project specifications for completeness, as prepared by the City based on any <br />comments on the 100% Plans. <br />Task 5.3 — Final Construction Cost Estimates <br />Consultant will revise the Construction Cost Estimate based on comments received from the 100% <br />submittal and based on the Final Plans and Specifications. <br />Meetings: 100% Design Meeting after 100% Design City Comment Period, for each bid package <br />Deliverables: Final Design Plans (6 Full-sized hard copies, PDF, and AutoCAD file) to include, but not <br />limited to, roadway plans and profiles, cross-sections at 100 foot intervals, pavement markings, pavement <br />striping, pavement delineations, construction details, curb ramp designs, for each bid package <br />Final Construction Estimate (including Microsoft Excel file), for each bid package <br />Schedule: Bid Package #1: One week after 100% Design Meeting for BP#1 <br />Bid Package #2: One week after 100% Design Meeting for BP#2 <br />Task 6 — Engineering Services during Bidding and Construction <br />Task 6.1 — Respond to Requests for Information/Clarification <br />When directed by the City, Consultant will respond to contractors' request for clarification or information. <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 10/18/2016 <br />WRECO for Annual Street Overlay/Rehabilitation 2016-17 Project Exhibit A — Page 5 of 5 <br />
