Consultant will revise the plans based on comments received from the Preliminary Design and prepare the <br />70% Plans. Locations of curb ramp improvements and necessary drainage related improvements will be <br />shown on the Layouts. All plan sheets will be on City of San Leandro standard title block, to be provided in <br />digital format by the City. <br />Task 3.2 — 70% Specifications <br />Consultant will review the City's Technical Specifications for completeness, prepared by the City. <br />Task 3.3 — Construction Cost Estimates <br />Consultant will prepare a 70% Construction Cost Estimate for each bid package based on the proposed <br />improvements shown on the 70% Plans. The estimate will show the anticipated unit quantity of each pay <br />item for the proposed work as well as the estimated unit cost. <br />Task 3.4 — Constructability Review <br />Consultant will conduct a constructability review on the 70% Plans for each bid package. The <br />constructability review will ensure that the proposed improvements will be biddable and buildable with <br />minimal RFis from the contractor and will reduce the need for construction change orders. It will also <br />examine whether there are cost saving measures that could be realized by utilizing alternative construction <br />or staging methods. <br />Meetings: Preliminary Design Review Meeting after City Comment Period, for each bid package <br />Deliverables: 70% Design Plans (6 Full-sized hard copies, PDF, and AutoCAD file) and Estimate <br />(including Microsoft Excel file), for each bid package_, <br />Schedule: Bid Package #1: Two weeks after Preliminary Design Meeting for BP#1 <br />Bid Package #2: Three weeks after Preliminary Design Meeting for BP#2 <br />Task 4 —100% Desian <br />Task 4.1 —100% Plans <br />Consultant will make revisions to the plans based on comments received from the 70% Submittal and <br />prepare the 100% Plans.
