City of San Leandro
Sewer System Management Plan
Volume I
goals include the sewer pipe scheduled cleaning and CCTV inspection objectives. The ICOM3
planner is used to assign maintenance frequencies to the collection system components.
In the Planner module of ICOM3, a set of assets or activities can be defined as a route. Planned
maintenance activities can be grouped logically by geographic area, project, activity type or
priority and displayed on the map or in an organized list view.
Routes can then be broken down into work orders, which can be assigned to any Collections
worker. Once the work order has been created, it remains open until the cleaning has been
accomplished and a report has been submitted. ICOM3 allows the supervisor to monitor the
completion of cleaning objectives.
San LOWWro, G
Rim anO aaoawn_..._.--
own.+r.rsaew .___ ` .• 4 a rade •
pp arvrwuawr
0 wo wrk ad.
{ see.. jjjjjj
s
raaoMw*ww—
 rwwawra
awssW.>Wr ...--
aw.twweww
iwaeweMr
o w
erWurr.w..:.
rw.e.te.s+.
Work Orders
The system facilitates issuing, both electronically and on paper, copies of all work orders for
activities planned and scheduled in the system. Work orders are issued for all maintenance
management activities, inspections, customer service calls, and SSO responses. This includes
issuing work orders for both scheduled and unscheduled inspections, cleaning, and other
maintenance activities.
Page 115
