Can the TRUKN waypoint at OAK be adjusted to allow northward turns that better echo <br />Pre NextGen operations, which kept aircraft over the water and away from Alameda and BFI? <br />2. The reason for the apparent decrease in altitude over TRUKN and whether higher altitudes can <br />be restored. <br />3. Modeling how proposed changes will result in noise reduction. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />228
