90% Deliverables <br />• 90% Plans <br />• 90% Specifications <br />• 90% Engineer’s Estimate <br /> <br />100% PS&E <br />After the City has concluded its review of the 90% PS&E submittal, Consultant will finalize the <br />plans and specifications for bidding and construction. The final PS&E package will <br />incorporate the City’s comments, as warranted after discussions with the City. The plans and <br />specifications will be signed and stamped. Final plans will be plotted on 24 pound bright white <br />paper (Oce’ Color Wave 600 Printer Media or smaller) and formatted & trimmed to 24 x 36 inches. <br />Plans will also be available in full size (24 x 36 inch) and half size (12 x 18 inch) PDF format. <br /> <br />Specifications will be provided both in Word format and PDF together with one copy wet signed <br />and stamped. <br /> <br />A final engineer’s estimate will be prepared in Excel format and be provided electronically to the City <br />in both Excel and PDF formats. <br /> <br />A final calculation package will be provided in PDF format and will be wet signed and <br />stamped.
