<br />After submittal of the 70% PS&E, CONSULTANT will schedule a meeting with the City to discuss <br />comments and review and modify design concepts based on the City and project goals. <br /> <br />70% Deliverables <br />• 70% Plans <br />• 70% Specifications <br />• 70% Engineer’s Estimate <br />• Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />90% PS&E <br />Consultant will continue work up to the 90% level. 90% plans will be plotted on full size (24 x 36 <br />inch) and half size (12 x 18 inch) in PDF format. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that the 90% plan set will include the following sheets: <br /> <br />• Title Sheet <br />• Typical Sections <br />• Key Map (General Notes and Legend) <br />• Survey Control/Project Control <br />• Layouts and Pavement Elevations <br />• Demolition and Tree Removal <br />• Profiles/Superelevation <br />• Construction Details <br />• Drainage Plans and Utilities <br />• Drainage Profiles <br />• Drainage Details <br />• Water Pollution/Erosion Control Plan <br />• Stage Construction and Traffic Handling Plan <br />• Pavement Delineation Plans <br />• Sign Plans, Details, and Quantities <br />• Stabilization Plan and Elevation <br />• Stabilization Typical Sections <br /> <br />Specifications will be further developed and provided to the City for review in both Word and PDF <br />formats. <br /> <br />The engineer’s estimate will be further refined and be made available to the City for review in PDF <br />and Excel format. <br /> <br />At the 90% level, it is anticipated that the plan set will contain all sheets necessary to bid and <br />construct the project. <br /> <br />1093
