Bay Fair Transit Oriented Development Plan (currently in development) <br />provides a plan for new land uses and circulation in the Bay Fair area <br />of San Leandro. Part of this proposal includes a road diet for Hesperian <br />Boulevard that would add a pedestrian and bicycle esplanade; providing <br />greatly improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities along this critical <br />corridor. Hesperian Boulevard provides key connections to Bay Fair BART <br />and shopping areas at the Bayfair Center and in the southeast corner of <br />San Leandro. <br />Part of the crossing across Hesperian Boulevard at Springlake Drive. <br />264
