<br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 2/21/18 Glass Architects for the Farrelly Pool Replacement Exhibit A – Page 3 of 4 <br /> • Preliminary Grading Plan <br /> • Building Floor Plans <br /> • Building Exterior Elevations <br /> • Preliminary Structural Drawings <br /> • Preliminary Mechanical Drawings • Preliminary Electrical Drawings <br /> • Landscape Plan and Irrigation System Description <br /> • Draft Technical Specifications <br /> • Updated Project Schedule <br /> • Updated Construction Cost Estimate <br />Construction Documents Phase (100% PS&E) <br />Based on approved Design Development documents, detailed drawings and specifications will be <br />developed which are suitable for construction. <br /> Deliverables This phase will result in complete Construction Plans, Technical Specifications and Estimates for <br />all on-site development that is a part of this project, including: <br /> • Architectural Drawings <br /> • Aquatics Drawings • Structural Drawings <br /> • Mechanical Drawings <br /> • Electrical Drawings <br /> • Civil Engineering Drawings <br /> • Landscape Drawings • Technical Specifications <br /> • Structural and Energy Calculations <br /> • Updated Project Schedule <br /> • Final Cost Estimate <br /> • Submittal to Building Department • Plan Check Correction, as required <br /> <br />Bid Document Phase <br />Consultant shall incorporate and/or respond to City review comments on the 100% PS&E <br />deliverables. <br /> Deliverables This phase will result in final signed bid documents suitable for public bidding to the lowest <br />bidder. <br /> <br />Bid Phase Consultant will provide assistance with identifying prospective bidders, clarifying bidder <br />questions and issuing addenda as required. Consultant shall attend two pre-bid conferences. <br /> <br />Construction Administration <br />Consultant will perform regular site visits to observe construction (assumes a ten month construction period with site visits twice each month); prepare field observation reports; respond <br />46
