<br /> <br />Funding for replacement or renovation of building components that have reached the <br />end of their useful life including elevators, movable partitions, roofing, flooring, <br />mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc), pools and their equipment, paint, parking <br />lots, sidewalks and walkways, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Scope excludes <br />repair and replacement of furniture, computer and AV equipment, and commercial <br />kitchen equipment. Each item of work is generally valued at greater than $100,000, <br />smaller projects are covered under the Building Maintenance line item of the Public <br />Works operating budget.
