Medians or other <br />elements that reduce lane widths could also be used to reduce vehicle speed. Note that there is insufficient room for <br />a traffic circle at this location without compromising the ability of fire trucks to maneuver. <br />Justification or Benefit of Project <br />Narrow lanes help reduce vehicle speed.
