Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 3/16/18 Glass Architects for the Family Aquatic Center Competition Pool Exhibit A – Page 3 of 4 Deliverables: The contract will provide complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) for all development that is a part of this project, including: • Architectural Drawings • Swimming & Recreational Pool Drawings • Civil Engineering Drawings • Structural Drawings • Electrical Drawings • Mechanical Drawings • Complete Technical Specifications • Structural and Energy Calculations • Submittal to Building Department / • Landscape Drawings • Cost Estimate • Plan Check submittal and corrections as necessary for permit issuance • Record drawings based on information provided by the Contractor at the completion of construction. All submittals and deliverables described below shall conform to the following: • All construction drawings shall be provided to the City of San Leandro in AutoCAD format • Specifications and other written materials shall be provided to the City and prepared in Microsoft Word 2000 format • City shall prepare “front-end” specifications with standard and general provisions. Contractor shall provide technical specifications following the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) format. Specifications shall provide at least two available products or brands as appropriate to comply with “or equal” requirements; proprietary items to match existing City –stocked maintenance parts shall also be so indicated • Details shall conform to the City of San Leandro Standard Plans where applicable • Drawings shall be on City standard title block • PS&E progress submittals shall be sent electronically as full size pdf’s; City will arrange for printing as needed. • Construction / bid drawings shall be submitted on signed bond sheets. Sheets to be signed by all applicable sub-consultants. (City will bid project and create/copy bid package) 1505
