Site concepts presentations/meetings – eight weeks after kick-off meeting 2. Phase completion presentations/meetings – twelve weeks after concept presentation Task 3 – Design Development a. Develop the design based on the preferred design concept from Task 2 b. Meet with the City’s Community Development Department to ensure regulatory compliance including but not limited to zoning, structural, fire, life & safety, accessibility and energy c. Conceptual furnishing plan (fixed and movable) d. Update cost model and confirm the design remains within budget (100% DD Cost estimate may be added for additional fee) e. One stakeholder meeting is included f.
