The applicant shall comply with the following high standards for sanitation during <br />construction of improvements: garbage cans, construction dumpsters, and debris piles <br />shall be removed on a minimum weekly basis. The applicant shall implement construction best management practices during <br />construction to control erosion, keep sediment from leaving the project site and prevent <br />storm water pollution. The applicant shall protect existing storm drain inlets and <br />conveyances within the project area to prevent sediment from construction activities <br />entering the storm drain system. <br />16. A Development Fee for Street Improvements (DFSI) shall be assessed for the proposed <br />"Personal Care" land use approximately in the amount of $17,205 which is calculated at $2.39 <br />per gross square foot area of the building and credit is considered for the existing "General <br />Industrial" use which is calculated at $1.28 per gross square foot area of the building. This fee <br />shall be paid prior to issuance of the building permit. These fees are subject to change each fiscal <br />year and shall not be vested until issuance of building permit. <br />17. Marina Boulevard/Interstate I-880 Interchange Traffic Impact Fee shall be assessed for the <br />proposed "Personal Care" land use approximately in the amount of $23,405 which is calculated <br />at $2.45 per gross square foot area of the building and credit is considered for the existing <br />"General Industrial" use which is calculated at $0.94 per gross square area foot of the building. <br />This fee shall be paid prior to issuance of the building permit. These fees are subject to change <br />each fiscal year and shall not be vested until issuance of building permit. <br />18. Davis Street/Doolittle Drive Intersection Traffic Impact Fee for Zone 8 shall be assessed for the <br />proposed "Personal Care" land use approximately in the amount of $5,735 which is calculated <br />at $0.75 per gross square foot area of the building and credit is considered for the existing <br />"General Industrial" use which is calculated at $0.38 per gross square foot area of the building. <br />This fee shall be paid prior to issuance of the building permit. These fees are subject to change <br />each fiscal year and shall not be vested until issuance of building permit. <br />19. Proposed ADA parking stalls pavement markings, signage and design shall be in compliance <br />with the City of San Leandro Standard Plans Drawings Nos. 600 and 602. <br />VI. FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />20. A fully sprinklered building is required for this project. <br />21. Applicant shall provide a Life Safety Fire Alarm System throughout the facility. <br />22.
