GENERAL FUND SECTION 5 <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The General Fund is the general operating fund of the City and accounts for all <br />unrestricted financial resources except those required to be accounted for in another fund. <br />Sales tax, Property tax, Utility Users tax, Franchise fees and Business License tax <br />support over 82% of the City’s General Fund operations.
