Milestones <br />For each milestone, Client's authorized representative shall give final, writtenapprova|dhatindividua|delkerab|esand <br />milestones have been completed. <br />6.1 Milestone 1: Project Start []p <br />6.].]Staffing and Project Management <br />Success of the project is dependent on both Granicus'and Client's commitment to collaborating and performing the <br />tasks and obligations described in this SOW. Both Granicus and Client shall provide reasonable turnaround times (to be <br />mutually agreed upon}onchdca|decisions.in[o/madonrequests'andapprova|sthata/erequiredtoensumthat <br />project tasks and deliverables are completed ontime. <br />6.1./ Project Plan <br />Client and Granicus will work together to develop a comprehensive project plan consisting, at a minimum, of the <br />components outlined below which are broken out by responsibility and ownership. <br />1. Communication Plan: Client and Granicus will collaborate on and document processes to communicate project <br />information to Client and vice versa. The plan, at minimum, should include: <br />1. Regularly Scheduled Status Calls: Members ofboth Client and Gmnicusproject teams should <br />participate in regularly scheduled calls to provide status updates, discuss open issues, project risks, etc. <br />l Written Status Updates: Both Client and Granicus Project Managers should also provide written status <br />updates at regularly scheduled intervals (e.g., weekly) to an agreed upon distribution of stakeholders, <br />project team members and other appropriate personnel at both Client and Granicus. <br />3. Escalations: In the event that the Granicus Project Manager does not respond to Client's needs, Client <br />shall directly contact 6ranicus' Director ofProfessional Services (please email <br />implementationPgranicus.com to contact the Director of Professional Services). <br />2. Resource Plan: Client and Granicus will collaborate to compile a list of all personnel from Client and Granicus <br />that are associated with the project. The list should include each person's role in the project and contact <br />information aswell astheir allocation tothe project. <br />3. Training Plan: Granicus will provide Client with the Training Plan on the Project Kickoff Call. <br />6.2 Milestone 2: Implementation <br />Granicus will deliver any required and purchased hardware to Client. Granicus will install and configure solution <br />software for Client. <br />
