1. Collaborate with the GranicusProject Manager toestablish the project schedule and deliverables <br />Z. Ensure that all members ofClient project team have aclear understanding oftheirmspecdveespnnsibi|ities <br />throughout the project <br />3, Manage the activities ofClient's project team and partner resources toensure the on-time completion oftasks <br />and deliverables; create, maintain/update and complete all required project artifacts and other documentation <br />4. Monitor the progress of the project and advise the Granicus Project Manager of any risks that could impact an <br />on-time completion nfdeliverables <br />5. Manage and track the project budget; flag for the project sponsors ifadditional funds are needed tocomplete <br />the project <br />8. Maintain regular communications with the Granicus Project Manager and Client's project sponsors <br />7. Ensure that members of the Granicus Project Team have to Client's legislative process documentation and other <br />Client resources to gain a sufficient understanding Client's legislative process and requirements to ensure a <br />successful and effective implementation ofthe solution <br />8. Ensure that any custornizations to the solution are fully specified and documented <br />9. Ensure that change orders contain a complete description and specification of the changes required <br />
