Our approach to taking over any new municipal parking operation is to soak as much <br />information about the pn}g[@nl as possible in the first few weeks during the transition period <br />through our conversations with the City and our Stakeholder Engagement Plan.VVehave found <br />this allows us to nn3ny our operational p|@O to the Qty's needs and desires. VVod{iDg with all <br />Stakeho|derS, we will define specific goals and objectives for the Fremont parking program. This <br />will be established from our collaboration with City officials during the due diligence period and <br />planning meetings. As those are established, our transition and operation's plan will be geared <br />toward achieving these objectives for the program. <br />Post Award Jim ns ition <br />Upon receiving notice of award we propose to use our municipal team in partnership with the <br />City to perform an initial comprehensive evaluation of the operational procedures, equipment, <br />and personnel.
