MAJOR Residential Site Plan Review—Major Addition or Third Story. For single- <br />family construction projects that require Major Residential Site Plan Review pur- <br />suant to Subsection E.2 above, written notification of the time, place and purpose <br />of the hearing by the Zoning Enforcement Official (ZEO) shall be mailed to the <br />applicant, property owner, and property owners adjoining and across the street <br />from the subject site, not less than 10 days prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />1. Notice of Public Hearing for Residential Site Plan Review of Construction Project <br />that Requires Discretionary Zoning Permits shall be concurrent with that required <br />for the requested use permit or variance, as specified by Section 5.08.116 Notice <br />and Public Hearing. <br /> <br />2. Notice of Hearing for MAJOR Residential Site Review of Construction Project that <br />Does NOT Require Discretionary Zoning Permits. A Public hearing is required for <br />single-family construction projects that require MAJOR Residential Site Plan Re- <br />view pursuant to Subsections B.1. and C. Written notification of the time, place and <br />purpose of the hearing by either the Zoning Enforcement Official or Site Develop- <br />ment Sub-Commission shall be mailed to the applicant, property owner, and prop- <br />erty owners adjoining and across the street from the subject site, not less than ten <br />(10) days prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />3. Notice of Application and Review Period for MINOR Residential Site Review. No- <br />tice of an application for single-family construction projects that require MINOR <br />Residential Site Plan Review pursuant to Subsection BE.3 shall be mailed to prop- <br />erty owners adjoining and across the street from the subject site, not less than 10 <br />days prior to action on the application by the Zoning Enforcement Official. Upon <br />review of the application and any correspondence received from those sent notice <br />of the application, the Zoning Enforcement Official may take action on the applica- <br />tion without holding a public hearing. The applicant, and those who submitted writ- <br />ten comments regarding the application, shall be given written notification of the <br />Zoning Enforcement Official’s action so that an appeal (per Subsection G, below) <br />can be filed within 15 days from when such notification is sent. <br /> <br />G. Appeals. <br /> <br />1.
