Prepare an illustrated user's -guide and a review checklist that <br />specifically outlines the objective standards that will be used when considering multi -family and mixed- <br />use development and how they are to be applied. The user's guide will be developed for external use by <br />architects, designers, developers, and others and demonstrate how to use the development standards in <br />designing projects. The review checklist will be developed for internal use by staff and demonstrate how <br />to review projects for conformance with the standards.
