Meetings and Workshops: • Draft Predesign Report Review Workshop LEE & RO Deliverables: • Meeting agenda, presentation handouts, meeting minutes, and decision log. • Draft and Final Predesign Report (pdf) Information Provided by City: • Existing information and as -built drawings related to the project elements • Input at the meeting • Review comments on the Draft Predesign Report Task 3: Design Develo mu ent (,65%. 90% and 100% Submittal): LEE & RO shall prepare 65%, 90% and 100% separate submittal packages for the SE Line Project and the Davis St. Manhole project. Each submittal package shall include technical specifications, drawings, cost estimate, and preliminary construction schedule. Each submittal will be prepared by including additional details to the design documents to progress the design and City's review comments on the previous submittal. LEE & RO Deliverables: • Meeting agenda, presentation handouts, meeting minutes, and decision log. • 65%, 90% and 100% Plans and Specifications (Excel Probable cost of construction and preliminary construction schedule witheach progress submittal. Information Provided by City: • One collated set of marked up drawings and specifications within 2 weeks of receipt of the progress design submittal Task 4: Final Design (Bid Set): LEE & RO shall prepare the two bid sets (final submittal packages). The bid sets will include applicable City's comments on the 100% design submittal. The bid sets will include appropriate registration stamps and signatures.
