LEE & RO Deliverables: <br />• Pdf copy of bid set (plans and specifications) <br />• Word files of the bid specifications and AutoCAD files of the bid drawings <br />Task 5: Bid Phase Services: LEE & RO shall assist City respond to bidder questions during <br />the bid phase. LEE & RO shall help prepare technical information for up to two addenda per <br />project, with City providing the addenda format and finalizing and issuing the addenda with <br />LEE & RO provided technical information. An allowance of 40 hours has been included for <br />this task. LEE & RO shall attend progress meetings as -requested by the <br />City, review submittals, respond to RFIs, and prepare design clarification memos. For <br />budgeting purpose an allowance of 200 hrs. is included. This budget assumes attending 6 <br />meetings (4 hours per meeting), reviewing 16 submittal/resubmittals (6 hours per <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 02/28/2020 <br />Lee & Ro for SE Line Replacement and Davis St. Manhole Replacement Exhibit A — Page 6 of 8 <br />
