No alcoholic beverages shall be displayed within five (5) feet of the cash register <br />or the front door of the establishment, unless it is in a permanently affixed cooler. <br />F. No display of alcoholic beverages shall be made from an ice tub. <br />G. No alcoholic beverage advertising shall be visible from outside the building in <br />which the alcoholic beverage is sold. <br />H. No beer or malt beverage products shall be sold, regardless of container size, in <br />quantities of less than six per sale and must be sold in manufacturer pre-packaged <br />multi -unit quantities. <br />I. Sale of malt liquors in 40 ounce or greater containers shall be prohibited. <br />J. Wine shall not be sold in bottles or containers smaller than 750 ml. and wine - <br />coolers, beer coolers, or pre -mixed distilled spirit cocktails (if allowed by the <br />license) must be sold in manufacturer pre-packaged multiunit quantities. <br />K. No wine shall be sold with an alcoholic content of greater than 15% by volume <br />except for "Dinner Wines" which have been aged two years or more and <br />maintained in corked bottles. <br />L. Fortified and specialty wines (defined as wine with 20% or greater alcohol content) <br />shall be sold in cork -finished bottles unless they are sold from a display case kept <br />locked and accessible only by the ABC licensee and its employees. <br />M. Distilled spirits shall have security sensors on the bottles or be sold from a display <br />case kept locked and accessible only by the ABC licensee and its employees. <br />N. No more than four cooler vault doors shall be devoted to the display and sale of beer <br />and wine. <br />O. Interior and exterior video recording systems shall be installed and maintained in <br />operable condition at all times in which the business is open to customers. Video <br />cameras shall be installed for security and crime prevention purposes in the cashier <br />area; alcohol beverage storage and display areas; as well as in front of the building, <br />directed out to the parking lot sufficient to capture images of cars parked directly in <br />front of the business. The recording system must be capable of recording up to 72 <br />hours of video in HD -quality. Video cameras shall be registered with the San <br />Leandro Police Department. <br />P. Applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for the maintenance of parking <br />lot lighting to levels that create a safe environment, to the satisfaction of the Chief <br />Building Official, City Engineer, and the San Leandro Police Chief.
