File Number: 20-023 <br />follows: <br />1. That said agreement is hereby approved in an amount not to exceed $51,849 and <br />execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve <br />individual amendments up to a maximum of 10% of the original contract amount, or <br />$5,185; and <br />3. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to negotiate and approve <br />cumulative amendments up to a maximum of 15% of the original contract amount, or <br />$7,777. <br />4.
