4. Analysis <br /> <br />ID # Description <br />Vendor <br />Response <br />(see Index) <br />Comment <br />4.1 <br />Pre-printed bench sheets shall be designed and set up to <br />accept handwritten test results for manual entry into <br />LIMS. <br /> <br /> <br />4.2 Electronic bench sheets shall be designed and set up in <br />LIMS to record data using a keyboard or tablet. <br /> <br />4.3 LIMS shall allow addition of new analyses by authorized <br />lab Staff. <br /> <br />4.4 <br />LIMS shall have instrument interfacing capability <br />(describe the underlying technology and requirements <br />needed for interfacing with instruments) and cost. The <br />City may elect to interface LIMS with instruments listed <br />below: <br /> <br /> <br />4.4.1 Analytical balance: Mettler XP205 <br />4.4.2 UV-Vis: Hach DR 3900 <br />4.4.3 Hach HQ440D multi-meter <br />4.5 <br />LIMS shall allow re-analysis of a sample using the same <br />sample identification number without requiring to be <br />relogged; at the same time retaining the results from the <br />first analysis. <br /> <br /> <br />4.6 <br />LIMS shall maintain history of analysis for a specific <br />sample, including but not limited to repeating of sample <br />prep and analysis. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />5. Data Entry <br /> <br />ID # Description <br />Vendor <br />Response <br />(see Index) <br />Comment <br />5.1 <br />LIMS shall be capable of accepting manual and electronic <br />upload of data from instruments <br /> <br /> <br />5.2 LIMS shall allow results to be entered by sample ID, <br />batch, date, analyst, project, work request number, etc. <br />5.3 <br />LIMS shall be setup to electronically accept sample <br />results/reports from contract labs or other data sources in <br />up to 5 different Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) <br />formats, including reporting limits, minimum levels, <br />method detection limits, qualifiers, and comments. <br /> <br />5.4 <br />LIMS shall allow the attachment to a batch of text <br />results/reports as pdf documents or images in LIMS, <br />including scanned documents and microphotographs. <br />Documents should be rapidly retrievable by batch #, <br />analysis, or sample number. <br /> <br />2302
