3. Worklists and Batching <br /> <br />ID # Description <br />Vendor <br />Response <br />(see Index) <br />Comment <br />3.1 <br />LIMS shall automatically generate a user-defined worklist <br />grouped by instrument, analysis, project, matrix, analyst, <br />workgroup, or date <br /> <br /> <br />3.2 <br />LIMS shall allow each test or analysis type to be uniquely <br />identified with a user defined analysis code. The analysis <br />code shall allow multiple reportable parameters to be <br />associated with it. <br /> <br />3.3 <br />LIMS shall have the ability to create user-defined sample <br />preparation (prep) sheets and bench sheets for different <br />analyses. <br /> <br />3.4 <br />LIMS shall allow authorized users to add/remove fields <br />from the bench-sheet templates after the initial LIMS <br />setup. <br /> <br />3.5 LIMS shall allow users to add or remove samples from <br />bench sheets or batches. <br /> <br />3.6 LIMS shall allow configuration of QC samples (such as <br />blanks, spikes, duplicates etc.) for an analysis. <br /> <br />3.7 <br />LIMS shall allow setting-up of QC batches and templates <br />for samples to be automatically populated into a <br />sequence for the batch or individually assigned to a user- <br />defined sequence <br /> <br /> <br />3.8 <br />LIMS shall assign unique sample batch identification <br />numbers to sample groups for sample preparation and <br />analysis worksheets. <br /> <br /> <br />3.9 LIMS shall allow users to flag and/or change work priority <br />of samples on worklists. <br /> <br />3.10 LIMS shall allow storing of comments associated with an <br />analysis and/or results. <br /> <br />3.11 <br />LIMS shall allow users to re-order/rearrange/update <br />worklist information to provide flexibility for planning <br />workloads. <br /> <br /> <br />3.12 LIMS shall recover and correctly schedule recurring <br />samples after any system downtime. <br /> <br /> <br />2301
