Reporting <br /> <br />ID # Description <br />Vendor <br />Response <br />(see Index <br />Comment <br />9.1 <br />LIMS shall include a report design module to develop <br />reports that can be configured by the user. <br />9.1.1 Any data input into LIMS can be selected for <br />reporting. <br />9.1.2 Samples can be queried using any sample <br />parameters or multiple combinations of parameters. <br /> <br />9.2 LIMS shall be set-up for the following reports and these <br />reports shall be editable by the user: <br />9.2.1 Chain of Custody Report for samples schedule or <br />received <br />9.2.2 Chain of Custody for transfer of samples to contract labs <br />9.2.3 Lab Report by Chain of Custody <br />9.2.3 Lab Report by Project <br />9.2.5 Lab Report by Method/Parameter <br />9.2.6 <br />Lab Report for Pretreatment Annual & Semi-annual data <br />for metals and organics with Influent, Effluent and <br />Biosolids samples. <br /> <br />9.2.7 Lab Analysis Count by Lab Group, project, charge <br />code, method, analyst, instrument and /or customer <br />9.2.8 <br />Pending List or Backlog of work by method including the <br />number of days the work has been in the lab or contract <br />lab <br /> <br />9.2.9 Trend Reports and Charts for different parameters <br />and/or projects <br />9.2.10 Report of Samples to be analyzed and the number of <br />days before the holding time expires. <br />9.2.11 Exception Reports for data falling outside of accepted <br />limits. <br />2305
