9.3 <br />Results fields in LIMS shall have user-set upper and <br />lower Limits. Results falling outside the limits shall trigger <br />a color change of results on screen with automatic email <br />notification about the incident to a user-defined address. <br /> <br />9.4 <br />LIMS shall include logical reporting (i.e. ‘DNQ’, <, >, <br />Present, Absent, NA, and DMR reporting terminology <br />such as NODI(Q), NODI(B) etc. <br /> <br />9.5 LIMS shall allow flexibility to redesign existing reports <br />after LIMS implementation. <br />9.6 <br />LIMS shall have the ability to export all data including QC <br />data to Excel without needing an intermediate data <br />transfer file. <br /> <br />9.7 LIMS shall allow reports to be generated in a PDF format <br />and sent to designated user(s) via email. <br />9.8 <br />LIMS shall provide for the calculation and reporting of <br />user-defined parameters, such as Total Inorganic <br />Nitrogen, that are calculated from other parameters. <br /> <br />9.9 <br />LIMS shall be able to present data in various views, and <br />users shall have the ability to save a particular data view <br />for later use. <br /> <br />9.10 <br />Application shall provide functionality compliant with the <br />requirements of the 2016 TNI Standard for Environmental <br />Laboratories V1M2 Section 5.10 “Reporting the Results”. <br /> <br />9.11 <br />LIMS shall have the capability to report data electronically <br />to the State of California CIWQS system in the CDF <br />format. <br /> <br />9.12 LIMS shall be able to report on data from EBDA and <br />EBDA labs individually and on the database as a whole. <br /> <br />10.
