10.2 <br />LIMS shall provide provision for recording scheduled QC <br />checks such as daily oven and refrigerator temperatures, <br />balance checks, autoclave checks, and pipette <br />calibrations. <br /> <br />10.3 LIMS shall provide provision for scheduling of routine <br />quality assurance activities, (e.g. calibration of weights). <br />10.4 <br />LIMS shall maintain training records for laboratory <br />analysts and shall only allow data entry for a specific <br />analytical method by trained analysts <br /> <br />10.5 <br />LIMS shall maintain records of Initial and On-going <br />Demonstrations of Capability (IDOC’s and DOC’s) by <br />laboratory analysts. <br /> <br />10.6 <br />LIMS shall be capable of recording traceability <br />information and certificates of analysis for reagents and <br />standards used in laboratory analyses. <br /> <br />10.7 <br />LIMS shall be able to present important laboratory <br />information in a dashboard format that can be configured <br />by an individual lab user. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11.
