- 4 - <br />payable in installments at the same time as other employees of the City <br />are paid. <br />b. Vacation Leave. Manager shall accrue vacation leave, vacation sell-back, <br />and vacation time carry-over in accordance with the current San Leandro <br />Management Organization (SLMO) MOU. Manager’s vacation during the <br />term of this Agreement shall be 15 days per year, accrued at 5 hours per <br />pay period. <br />c. Management Incentive Pay. Manager shall receive management <br />incentive pay at the rate of 120 hours per calendar year as provided to <br />Department Heads pursuant to the SLMO MOU. <br />d. Other Leave and Fringe Benefits. Manager shall be entitled to receive, <br />access, or use other employee benefits as provided to employees who are <br />members of SLMO, which includes: <br />i. Holiday Leave: 12 paid holidays, plus two (2) floating holidays. <br />ii. Sick Leave: 12 days per year. <br />iii. Administrative Leave: 40 hours per year. <br />iv. Health Insurance: The City currently contributes a maximum of <br />$1,882.77/month toward eligible plans. <br />v. Dental: The City currently contributes a maximum of $142.55/month <br />toward a PPO dental plan. <br />vi. Life Insurance: $50,000 Life & AD&D, and 40% long-term disability <br />insurance with an option to purchase increased coverage. <br />133
