Touch-up requirements and limitations. <br />19. Minimum adhesion of each system submitted in accordance with ASTM D <br />4541. <br />G. Manufacturer's Representative’s Field Reports. <br />H. Operations and Maintenance Data <br />1. Reports on visits to project site to view and approve surface preparation of <br />structures to be coated. <br />2. Reports on visits to project site to observe and approve coating application <br />procedures. <br />3. Reports on visits to coating plants to observe and approve surface <br />preparation and coating application on items that are “shop coated.” <br />I. Quality Assurance Submittals: <br />1. Quality Assurance plan. <br />2. Qualifications of coating applicator including List of Similar Projects. <br />J. Submit notarized certificate that: <br />1.
