Please note that aside from the <br />material and/or solid waste management area, the solid waste facility's <br />permitted boundary may include the following areas: equipment management <br />area including cleaning, maintenance and storage. <br />CalRecycle <br />C. OTHER AGENCY REQUIREMENTS (CALRECYCLE — RECYCLING <br />DISPOSAL REPORTING SYSTEM): - Please note that within Title 14 of the <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR), Section 18815.5, the operator of a <br />Transfer/Processing Facility shall provide a report with the tonnage of each <br />material type using the methods described in Title 14 CCR Section 18815.9. <br />Please review the Recycling Disposal Reporting System (RDRS) requirements <br />that apply to the proposed Large Volume/Transfer Processing Facility. <br />Operator is required to submit a Full Solid Waste Facility Permit Application <br />Package for the proposed Large Volume Transfer/Processing Facility which <br />must include but is not limited. to evidence of CEQA compliance and <br />Conformance Finding Information from the Alameda County Waste <br />Management Authority (StopWaste). The Operator is also advised to contact <br />the LEA at the early stage of the permitting process for guidance and direction. <br />StopWaste <br />D. Prior to issuance of any determination by the Alameda County Waste <br />Management Authority that the facility conforms to the Countywide Integrated <br />Waste Management Plan, applicant shall submit an updated facilities plan that <br />includes the Operator's Load Check Program outlining activities Operator will <br />implement to identify and reject non -Construction, Demolition and Inert <br />materials from incoming loads to facility. Activities should be consistent with the <br />doubling of operations requested as part of the Conditional Use Permit and full <br />Solid Waste Facility Permit._ <br />V. PLANNING DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Stacked concrete Jersey blocks and other unreinforced assemblies used as a <br />barrier or wall shall be prohibited. <br />B. The project shall be required to comply with all criteria outlined in Section <br />4.04.232 of the City's Zoning Code, Recycling Facilities. <br />VI. ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A.
