and shall cease by 7:00 p.m. on Sunday and Saturday. No such construction is permitted on <br />Federal holidays. As provided in this City of San Leandro's Noise Ordinance <br />(ORDINANCE NO.2003 — 005), "construction" shall mean any site preparation, assembly, <br />erection, substantial repair, alteration, demolition or similar action, for or on any private <br />property, public or private right-of-way, streets, structures, utilities, facilities, or other <br />similar property. Construction activities carried on in violation of this Article may be <br />enforced as provided in Section 4-11-1130, and may also be enforced by issuance of a stop <br />work order and/or revocation of any or all permits issued for such construction activity. <br />IV. LANDSCAPING/WALLS <br />A. Prior to issuance of a Building Permit for the project, a landscape and irrigation plan shall <br />be submitted for review and approval of the Community Development Director. The plan <br />shall include two 24-inch box trees (one each to be planted on the two front lawn areas), <br />indicate vines and shrubs to be planted in front of the new masonry wall, and vine/trellis <br />planting along the front of the four-plex. Proposed new fencing and walls shall also be <br />shown on the plan. <br />B. All landscaping shall be installed prior to occupancy of the new unit, details subject to <br />approval of the Community Development Director. <br />C. The property shall be landscaped according to the approved landscape plan. Any <br />changes to this plan must be reviewed and approved by the Community Development <br />Director. <br />D. All landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape plan. <br />E. Landscaping shall be maintained in a weed free condition at all times. <br />F. All landscaped areas shall be provided with an automatic irrigation system, details <br />subject to the Community Development Director. <br />V. BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br />A. Sound separation, one -hour fire walls, utility services and engineering (lateral for the <br />new openings) shall be indicated on plans submitted to the Building and Safety Services <br />Division prior to issuance of building permits. <br />VI. FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />A. Project is required to meet minimum Fire and Building Code standards.
